ACTIVA represents a groundbreaking approach that leverages existing technology to offer an innovative service addressing the most significant challenges in the hydrogen mobility sector.
We propose a radically different concept from the traditional hydrogen station.
The hydrogen is compressed at the production site at 500 bar. And it is transported at that pressure to the station. Therefore, we do not need a compressor or subsequent storage at 500 bar . It is the truck itself that arrives, which is used to supply the H2 that will go to the vehicles.
We have submitted a proposal to the EIT Urban Mobility Targeted Open Call 4 (2025) for the development of the first ACTIVA station.
This EIT initiative offers a unique opportunity to launch the initial station by August 2025, enabling real-life testing and validation with Light-Duty Vehicles (LDV) and Heavy-Duty Vehicles (HDV).
The deployment of this station at the BMW premises in Miramas, France, and at the HVR facility in Madrid, Spain, will provide crucial visibility and support for the project’s success.
Our potential partnership with EIT Urban Mobility could enable us to expand an extensive network of hydrogen refueling stations across Europe, supporting the achievement of the AFIR (Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation) targets for 2030.
Test for LDV and HDV in different scenarios. BMW racing test in Miramas, France for LDV 700 bar and Coslada city in Madrid, Spain for HDV 350 bar and LDV 700 bar.
